REGISTRATION AND HOTEL BOOKING FOR THE CONGRESS

REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED UPON FULL PAYMENT.
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD WITHIN 24 HOURS OR 3 WORKING DAYS, RESPECTIVELY. OTHERWISE YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED!

Please download and fill up “Credit Card Payment Form” and e-mail to fid-office@t-online.hu, or fax it to +36 62 317 445.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENTS WITH BANK TRANSFER:
If a company/institution is paying for your costs, don’t forget to have them indicate your name in the memo so we can easily identify the payment.

Partial refund of registration fee (75%) will be provided for cancellation on or before 30 days prior the event; no refunds will be given after this date.
