Registration fee for delegates includes admission to the scientific sessions and the exhibition, coffee breaks and lunches.

Online registration:
All participants are recommended to register for the meeting and social events via the official website http://fid2012.shp.hu where you can also make your accommodation arrangements. Please follow the instructions on the website carefully. All participants are kindly recommended to register preferably via the online registration form.

All documents regarding registration, including congress bag, name badge, program, abstract book will be handed out to registered participants during this time.
Group registration:
Group registration is applicable when a company wants to register at least 10 participants. Early registration fee will be applied when the payment is received until 15th April, 2012 even without a list of participants. The final list of participants must be sent to the Secretary (fid-office@t-online.hu) until 25th May, 2012. Should this deadline of 15th April not be met, the difference between early and late registration fees will be charged.
Replacements are acceptable with no additional fee if received until 15th June, 2012. After this date, name changes will be charged at a fee of € 30 (VAT 20% included) each.
Group Registration Refund: All group registrations must be prepaid, no refund will be made for any partially or totally cancelled group.
Abstracts:
Abstracts from all parts of clinical and experimental diabetology are welcome. Abstracts should be submitted online: http://fid2012.shp.hu/Abstract submission or by e-mail to the congress office: fid-office@t-online.hu .
Deadline for abstracts submission is April 8, 2012. Notification on acceptance will be sent by e-mail within three weeks after submission. Authors of accepted abstracts may register according to early deadline conditions until May 15.

Instructions for authors:

If you want to send your abstract by mail:
• Start with the abstract title, then give authors names and affiliations.
• The abstract should be structured using the following headings: introduction, objectives, material and methods, results, conclusion.
• The abstract should be written in English.
• The text of the abstract should not exceed 250 words.
• There should be no tables or figures in the abstract.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
The maximum size of poster presentation should not exceed 841 mm wide by 1189 mm high. Each poster board will be assigned a number corresponding to your abstract number in the program. Please use the board that corresponds with your abstract number. The Organizers will supply adhesive tape for affixing your presentation to the poster board.
At least one of the authors must be present during poster session to answer questions.
Please remove your poster at the end of the day. Poster removal times are from 17.00 – 17.30.
To confirm your place in the programme, all presenters must register for FID 2012 by May 15, 2012.
